Why we started

Some children still learn without ever touching the internet.

In Cambodia's remote provinces, many schools have no internet connection and no devices — which means no access to digital learning, and no exposure to spoken English.

Khmer Khom installs internet-connected televisions directly into classrooms, giving children who have never had internet access a chance to experience and learn from it for the very first time.

What we do

Three focus areas, one goal.

Education

Internet-connected TVs installed directly in classrooms give students access to online English and foundational lessons where connectivity has never existed before.

Sustainable Development

Long-term support for school infrastructure and resources, built to keep working long after installation day.

Social Support

Community programs and partnerships that extend beyond the classroom to support families and local institutions.

Our reach so far

30+ schools, one classroom at a time.

Each installation is the same simple idea repeated carefully: a television, a curated online learning library, and a classroom of children who didn't have either before.

Working alongside others

Credibility built through partnership.

Khmer Khom's programs are carried out with the support of local authorities, donor organizations, and international partners — formalized through ceremonies, book donations, and joint installations across partner schools.
